Uzbek Rural Houses Pack
Pack of 14 RICO assets based on rural serial/planned mass housing built by the current government of Uzbekistan. This pack contains 3 main series, 2 of which have their own variations. Same 2 series have an additional shop add-on with Russian, Cyrillic Uzbek and Latin Uzbek shop signs.
These are some of many serial/planned housing projects of Uzbekistan, all of which have slight variations in planning and decor. The particular series in this pack can be frequently seen in the Tashkent Oblast (Toshkent viloyati).
Late publication for the Independence day of Uzbekistan (1st September)
*The buildings (with the exception of the shops of course) can be painted any color you like using the Repaint 1.7.3 mod
These buildings are used for the development of suburban neighborhoods, or rural roadside areas. Such projects are meant to provide fast available and cheap housing for the masses, however they can also serve as dachas (Russian for summer house) often with big pools and outside kitchens for the hottest "Chillya" period of the summer.
The buildings house a single family, with the exception of the 4×2 duplex series. The shops provide 2 jobs, one for uneducated and one for educated workers.
Yards can be decorated with props using either Move it or anarchy
In order to use this building as it is meant to be, please subscribe to the Ploppable RICO Revisited mod. Otherwise, the buildings will be unique/growable buildings with no function.
Lot sizes (<~32m) are bigger than for example, lots in rural Russia or other post soviet spaces, which is a normal occurrence Central Asia. The lots also has high solid walls, meant to provide an inside courtyard for the traditional Central Asian "Hovli" house, also serving as walls for possible accommodational expansion.
