Description:

– WELCOME TO NEW WAGERS BAY – Lumber Country, the Pacific North West of North America.

****Special thanks to all the amazing modders, asset and map creators for all their inspiring work! Of course Captain Alex, who’s map "Pink Shrimp Harbor" spoke to me**** This is a rework of his original https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2107199186). The networking and the trees have been redone in the Map Editor, I added many custom bridges and a few inland mountain lakes. This map involved heavy use of the Bridges and Piers Content Creator Pack by Armesto.

Features: Beautiful bridges, hidden beaches and mountain lakes with all the industry resources and outside connections available. There is plenty of flat space spread over the map to build in any style you prefer. I added extended road and rail infrastructure. All 4 of the outside rail connections are used to create a bi-directional rail network using one way rail segments to restrict entry (as pictured above) to avoid the train switching we have all experienced in cities skylines on the map edges.

Optimized for 81 tiles game-play, without it you won’t be able to access the mystery "disconnected" wire (pictured above) or the numerous intersections and square-abouts to adjust TM:PE lane connectors. Also there are several towns and cities outside the 25 base tiles.

Map Collection – In general you only need the assets and mods listed to the right in the list of “required items. There are a handful of items included in the one click collection that are not "required" but "suggested", like Cargo Barges Mod plus it’s requirements, Clouds and Fog Toggler and No Radioactive Desert and More! These mods can be removed without breaking the save.

REQUIRED ITEMS and DEPENDENCIES
Mass Transit – Highways and toll booths
Green Cities – Vegetation props
Industries – Industries roads are used in secondary networking
Bridges and Piers CCP – Heavy use of the different bridges and use of the walkable key.
Parklife – fencing.

**Mods Needed and Explanation**
81 tiles – Without 81 tiles you won’t be able to access several feature areas, fix the one bridge wire that wouldn’t cooperate in the map editor (pictured above in thumbnails), and several intersections to adjust TMPE Lane connectors. There are several towns and cities outside the 25 base tiles.
Catenary Replacer Updated – To remove the catenaries on the vanilla Train Tracks and Stations
Custom Animation – Needed for the barriers on Epic Lurker’s 4 lane Strauss Bridge to go up and down
Environment Changer – Required to use ThemeMixer2.
Extended Managers Library 1.0.3 – Required for Prop Anarachy 0.7.5 (You could also use the older version of Prop Anarchy and Prop Snapping with same effect)
Harmony 2.2-0 – Everything needs Harmony!
Intersection Marking Tool 1.8.2 – This was my first time using the IMT so please be kind if my chevrons face the wrong way! (If it’s not up to your standards you can always just start without the mod enabled and once you save all the marking data would be removed from your save)
Loading Screen Mod Temporary Fix for Airports DLC – You know why
Move It – Would be required to fix the one wire on the Kennebec Bridge the that shows disconnected even though its not! The middle node of the wire just needs to be selected and reset in Move It for the notification to disappear(unselect the "road" and "track" options to be able to grab the middle wire node and reset it as pictured above)
Moveable Bridge Mod (Beta) – Need this for Epic Lurker’s Beautiful Bridge to go up and down.
Node Controller Renewal 3.1.3 – The Highway off-ramps and merging lanes have been adjusted
Prop Anarchy 0.7.5 – WITH PROP SNAPPING ON (the lights over the bridge will sink into the water if the surrounding terrain is altered without prop snapping enabled. Unfortunately the 3 lane viaduct from the Bridges & Piers CCP has no lights or ability to add lights in network, so I had to use prop street lights with prop snapping enabled (you could also use an older version of Prop Anarchy and Prop Snapping with same effect)
Relight – Needed to fine tune the lighting as seen in the thumbnails above.
Theme Mixer2 – Needed to load the custom theme mix "New Wagers Bay Theme.
Tree Anarchy 1.3.5 – There is ALOT of trees on this map. 1127950 trees to be precise, and mostly clusters!
TM:PE 11.6.4.8 STABLEYou will need the ability to use lane connectors to control the flow of the intersections used. Without TM:PE I fear the map could be a nightmare!
Shadow Strength Adjuster – Allows to change the strength of shadows that objects cast using a slider
SingleTrainTrackAI – This is needed for the Keenabec Road Over Rail Bridge – (YOU DO NOT need the sub-dependency One way Track as the Bridge has it’s own tracks)

**Optional additional suggested mods and settings** included in "one click collection" but not the "Required Items"**
– Clouds and Fog Toggler – Disable all clouds & fog, except edge fog.
– No Radioactive Desert And More! – Turn off the water killing the shore trees
– Cargo Barges Mod – I designed the the river bridges for upstream shipping and this mod specifically.

**Notes on map themes**
I specifically designed this map for the map theme mix "New Wagers Bay" and compiled it in conjunction with Chiaruscro LUT by VecchioChristo. The map theme is only recommended, the map is fully playable without it.

**Notes on trees**
Since it’s a really dense forest, i had to plop more trees than the game allows – ~500k instead of 250k, making Tree Anarchy 1.3.5 a dependency. If you don’t want to subscribe to the trees, grass or filler patches, they just don’t appear in-game.
