Balconies, WE NEED MORE BALCONIES
WE NEED BALCONIES.

I took a real building as a basis, but I made the roof flat.
I think there is nothing to add. A fairly typical building for San-Francisco

I also added corner buildings to the main model so that you can admire them from all sides
Use the Painter mod to paint them in your favorite colors, because they look great in every color.

The following models are fully adapted to the height differences so that the balconies do not block the passage along the sidewalk and other problems
