UPDATE: Fixed LOD, now appears correctly

A Wall to Wall compatible Luxury Apartment condo.

This is an Art Deco building located in NYC, at 1 Fifth Avenue

Built in 1927 as a hotel, it has been converted into apartments.

I made two versions, Level 4 and Level 5. If you think this building deserves a promotion, get the level 5 version below:
