Jiffy Lube
Jiffy Lube is an American chain of automotive shops founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas. They are a subsidiary of Shell and offer auto care. Their oil changes use Pennzoil, a Shell brand of motor oil.
The Jiffy Lube branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Color variation is on the stucco walls. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and color.
