Description:

Original Industries DLC Forestry Maintenance Building resized/shrinked by 25%.

Same stats as the original version, but smaller and without fences and recyling containers. No extra/custom props add. Smaller Footprint 6×11 instead of 9×15 units.

The original model looked oversized to me, so I reduced the size to 75% to appear more appropriate.
