Tudor Revival House
A quaint residence in the Tudor Revival style, which was popular in the United States during the first half of the 20th century.
Contains two assets: one half-brick, half-stucco house, and one all stucco version. Both have a terrain-conforming fence as a submesh. It is imperative that you also subscribe to the required prop pack of mine, as it contains the large yard decal that gives these houses their sidewalks, patios, and driveways. I also highly encourage subscribing to all other dependencies!
The textures for these two homes are rather large, at 2048×1024. Potential subscriber, be warned!
(Ah, yes — this is the first time I’ve released an asset for Cities: Skylines in nearly five years. As my usual refrain goes, let me know if there are any glaring problems with the asset, please!)
