Even industrial zones need some breathing room!
It may sound crazy, but are you sick of my ugly factories just clogging up the scene? Not only do they stink and look stupid, they also produce a LOT of light pollution… So much it can lag slow computers. The solution? Prevent more factories from popping up with these handy prop-filled concrete and dirt pads!
Made with a tiny blank cube, they work like the forestry and farm lots, meaning they’ll spawn instantly and even provide a meager amount of jobs. However, these fillers don’t exceed the past 3×4, so if you want them to show up, set the Building Themes mod’s spawn rate for these to be 50 or greater. You’ll see trucks, crates, and other industrial junk in these.
