This building was once a children’s hospital before it was vacated and fell into disrepair. After being purchased by foreign investors, it now houses a group of highly paid vulture fund executives who foreclose on other children’s hospitals.
Disclaimer:
I am a much better modeler than I am a texturer, and I run my game on a toaster, so I am not sure how the textures will look on a super high-end system.
This model also has a medium-high number of tris.
I am still learning how to make these, so any feedback is welcome.
