Subway 2 growable high-com vanilla building
This is a vanilla 2×4 level 1 high-rise commercial building with the added logo of Subway made by Like_Mike.
I’ve mostly created it for myself but it could be useful for someone who don’t want to mess around with the Prop anarchy mod or are using a computer with low RAM and/or a weak GPU (like myself) and don’t want to subscribe to a large amount of buildings. The pack contains other logos as well and if you aren’t using them you can simply disable them in the content manager to save on resources.

If you don’t the building should spawn naturally when zoning, but I haven’t tried it so no guarantees. You then need to make the building historical so that it won’t change appearance if/when it levels up.
I’ve changed some of the props mostly removed the default logos and billboards, but also added some, all vanilla though.
