Customer Parking Notice 1a
In the real world this is known as a “decal” but that will cause some confusion and mixed searches on here.
Basic parking notice for sides of buildings. This is made the same as graffiti props, so it’s not presented as a physical sign but something painted.

There are four scaled versions included in the download (use Loading Screen mod so you’re not loading what’s technically the same asset four times over):
Small – good for tighter areas
Medium – moderately sized, should fit most buildings
Large – bigger, covers wider areas
Larger – really big, can’t see this working for a lot of people, but you never know
In-game image features the ‘Large’ version.
One potential issue, due to the dimensions, is the bigger versions may not fully fit on smaller building sides and the bottom will need to be clipped into the ground, wasting some detail. I have more to upload that don’t have this problem.
