That model is based on a true building at 1188 C,Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316, United States. If anyone got a tattoo their please let me know in the comments. The building doesn’t require any DLCs, it’s just your regular commercial 2*4 building. Unlike the previous model, all the grafitis in the building in built in the model texture itself.In other words no need to subscribe to any of the grifitis,unless you need to add more customization to the wall.
