Retro Publix
This is based on the original Publix building design that was rebuilt in Winter Park, Florida. This is not new and I am not making assets for CS at the moment, but maybe you can use it in your city. Cheers.

Note: This building is a bit heavy on tri count compared to my usual stuff, but necessary to remain moderately true to the original. I would suggest only dropping a few in your city if you have a potato PC.
