[RICO] Place du Portage (Phase III)
Place du Portage (Phase III) is a large office complex located in the Hull district of Gatineau Quebec, Canada. It is the third phase of a large four phase office complex constructed throughout the late 70’s by the federal government to house government employees as well as revitalize Hull’s declining downtown. Phase III specifically opened in 1978 and was designed by the "David, Boulva and Dimakopoulos" consortium of architects and is the largest of the four phases by floor area. The building consist of 6 interconnected office towers ranging from 10 to 18 floors in height and straddling "Boulevard Maisonneuve" with 4 towers to the east and 2 to the west, connected by a 3 story bridge over the road. The complex today largely houses workers from the "Public Services and Procurement Canada" department and is currently undergoing a massive renovation of both its interior and exterior.
NOTE* I highly recomend you use "Road Anarchy" and "Move It" to make working with this building easier. Due to its odd shape it is best to plan out the road layout around the building. A 4 lane road with center median is the best road to use if you want to pass a road under the bridge.
