TK Maxx
TK Maxx is a discount department store in Europe and Australia. They are headquartered in Watford, UK and was founded in 1994. They have a total of around 652 stores and is part of the TJX Companies. They sell clothes, shoes, and household items. Rather than TJ Maxx, the name TK Maxx was chosen because of an existing retailer in the UK, T.J. Hughes.
The TK Maxx branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Colour variation is on the building accents. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and colour.
