Welcome to the Ohio Valley. This map is my hometown of Steubenville, Ohio. A small, once booming steel town. Situated along the mighty Ohio River it is the County Seat for Jefferson County. Steubenville has made a name for itself in the past so you may have heard of it, but my guess is you haven’t.

I have attempted to make this as true to life as the game will allow. All intersections are hand drawn and are nearly identical to the original if you were to compare the map to the real life location. I have only included roads for the main intersections that define the area. For instance the large intersection at University Blvd. and State Route 7, Veteran’s Memorial Bridge, Market Street Bridge, Lincoln Ave. exit, US 22 and State Route 7, and US 22 and WV Route 2 into Weirton, WV. Most main rail lines are included, adding the many rail-yards is up to you. There is 1 plane path to service the Jefferson County Airport. I have also included a ship path but be warned, only barges and small passenger ships run up this river. This is why Advanced Vehicle Option and the two ships are listed in the One Click Collection. You can use vanilla ships but they will crash through the bridges. Catenary Replacer is recommended since the trains in this area are not electric.

The map is not perfect nor is meant to be. I made this for me to build a replica of my hometown so I can go back for a visit.
