Status: Built

383 Madison Avenue, also known as the JP Morgan Chase Building, was built from 1999 – 2001 and opened in 2002, it is one of the most recognizable buildings in New York City because of its visually decorative design and prominent "crown" on its roof.

The crowns lighting will occasionally go out, this is because of CO lighting system, can’t be fixed, sorry.
