The ‘Garbage Collection and Transfer Hub’ is meant to simulate a garbage transfer station intermediate between garbage sources and final disposition (i.e. landfill, incinerator, recycling center); in game mechanics, it functions as a small non-polluting landfill. It is suitable for placement near or in residential areas, as it does not generate land/water pollution. It does generate minor noise pollution.
