Description:

This is a low density residential building inspired by the rowhouses in the Netherlands during the 90s era. It’s my first asset and I’m planning to make more of a similar fashion and of higher quality. See this building as sort of a test run

This type of building is especially effective if spammed in, well rows. I recommend building them 4 or 5 in a row at a time.
Each building houses 2 families.
