1:1 Tokyo Starter Framework by Faolmor
This savegame includes a 1:1 map of mostly eastern Tokyo; from the Imperial Palace to the Arakawa River. It contains all of the rail and metro lines for the area. The road network is as near as I can get it for the main thoroughfares, and follows the particular neighborhood styling for smaller roads. It should be noted that I hit the road count limit fairly early-on in construction, so the layout is not as dense as it should really be.
"Required Items" are suggested, but you can play without them and modify the map to play however you like.
Play with unlimited currency.
I plan on updating this to be more accurate, and I will also eventually be publishing my filled city when the time comes.
