12 story Building (4×4), you find it in the Landmarks menu. Cost 100.000. Stats are rougly the same as the Arc de Triomphe, a little bit better.
I would do a growing residental version ( as the building is actually a residental building) but so far, i dont think there is a way to let the game recognise cornerbuildings.
