UP TWINSTACK PASSENGER TRAIN PACK
Hey!
Im going to consider this pack 1 for my passenger versions of my trains. All my old ore and coal trains will get redone as I continue.
Anyway – This is a pack of 7 Union Pacific intermodal trains.
there are 4, 50 car trains, and 3, 35 car trains.
THESE ARE PASSENGER TRAINS – IE: YOU NEED TO SET UP A LINE BETWEEN STATIONS TO USE THEM-
I like to use invisible stations and position them where my industries or ports would be. I strongly recommend a long straight area where the station is that way when the train pulls away from the station the cars dont drag across your map.
These trains are not made for the everyday user, they are for individuals who want to control where and when there trains move in their cities. If you dont want the hassle of using them like a model railroad, I recommend downloading my Cargo Versions when they come out. My recommendations advanced vehicle options ( this is to control the movement of the train IE: speed, braking, tilt), and most importantly TMPE ( I suggest setting speed limits on your tracks to give realistic speeds and deceleration for your trains.
These trains are not made for beginners, Its a choose your own adventure. I am supplying the vehicles, you are required to use creativity on how you would like to use them. There might be a slight learning curve to get them functioning realistically….for that I am sorry but Cities is limited on how trains operate.
