Description:

A pack of two plazas with a large oak tree in the center and sitting areas.

Sizes are 4X4 and 6X6.

They have an entertainment value and attract some tourists.

Hide the decals with the BOB mod and plop your favorite decals manually,
or
Change the decals with the BOB mod.

• Open Find It 2 and search for "tree plaza" or "oak plaza"
  or
  Go to "Parks & Plazas" -> "Plazas"
• Plop them next to a road on a flat surface
• Use Move It to make adjustments

Cost = $900/$1000
Maintenance = $12.80/$14.40 per week
Entertainment = 40/55
Tourists = 30/30
