ZILART Tower is a residential high-rise and the main landmark of the ZILART district, positioned at the northeastern corner next to Tyufeleva Roshcha Park. The tower’s sleek glass form stretches diagonally across the plot, connecting the park in the southeast to the corner of Likhacheva Avenue and the planned Bratyev Vesninykh Boulevard.

The building’s design brings to mind the iconic 1930s American skyscrapers, with a nod to art deco style. Its side facades have a layered, plate-like look, while the ends are symmetrically stepped. Light stone ribs run vertically, resembling slim slats that give the tower a distinctive, streamlined appearance.
