Bs Tropical Waters Home L5 1×4 by HGscMENTOR

This is just a "filler" that the Bs Tropical Waters gamesave will grab now and then to "fill" odd-size lots in residential areas as those lots level up to Level-5. It just keeps the "theme" of the gamesave, whereas other buildings this size might be wayyy off from that esthetic.
