5050 Yonge Street (Toronto District School Board)
5050 Yonge Street is an office that houses the headquarters of the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). The building was designed by "Mathers & Haldenby Architects" and constructed in 1970 to be the headquarters for the former North York Board of Education. The building would serve as the North York Boards headquarters until 1998 when it was merged into the Toronto District School Board. The TDSB would later move its headquarters into 5050 Yonge Street after selling its old headquarters at 155 College Street to the University of Toronto.
