Some props have light effects as appropriate.
High tricounts, auto LODs. Textures (1024×1024 diffuse, normal, specular) are shared across all props, so memory usage is reduced to only a few megabytes if using Loading Screen Mod. Having one shared texture set was part of the motivation behind creating these assets.
