Flirper
There will be no more changes to this mod. If you wish to continue to develop this mod, please fork the source code and send me a message, and I will link to the new version.
Flirper changes the main menu background to a random image from a user-supplied list.
Subscribe to the mod via the Steam Workshop. By default, Flirper will then automatically try to fetch images from imgur.com. For configuration, please refer to the README[github.com].
Flirper cannot be enabled or disabled via the Content Manager, because its logic is started when the game checks the mod’s name. Therefore, to disable Flirper, you need to unsubscribe from the mod (through Steam or the Content Manager).
v1.1:
* 10 new images in the default list
* game version check (to avoid future incompatibilities)
* internal changes
If you have never edited the default image list, you get the new images automatically. If you did, you can delete your FlirperImageList.txt and restart C:S to get the default.
Flirper should fail gracefully when it cannot load an image, but I have not tested every possible combination. Similarly, I don’t know how it handles uncommon resolutions.
Some of the default image URLs may not be reachable at any moment. Flirper will write an exception to the game’s console (F7) when it can’t load a source.
Please report any issues (preferably with OS, error message in F7 console if any, which source you tried to load).

The default images are fully sourced in the FlirperImageList.txt file.
