IBM Canada Headquarters [RICO]
IBM’s Canadian Headquarters located in Markham Ontario, Canada. This building was designed by WZMH Architects and opened in 1995 to be the new headquarters of IBM’s Canadian branch after they outgrew their old office across the street (now called the Liberty Centre). This is also one of two IBM facilities in Markham with this one being largely administrative while the other is their Toronto Software Lab.
RICO: This building is RICO compatible and functions as a "High Tech" Office. It can be found in the IT Cluster category and it doesn’t need to be placed in an IT Custer district. If you are not using RICO this building can be found in the monument menu (Level V).
