■概要(Overview)
千葉県船橋市前原西2丁目に実在するビルをモデルにしました。
予備校、銀行、物販店、病院、不動産店などが入っており、津田沼駅北口1分の好立地。
オーナーの株式会社榊原は、船橋市中心のガソリンスタンドを経営する企業のようです。
ゲーム内では、教育施設（学校）として機能させております。また、民間のため維持費もほどんどかかりません。
Modeled after an actual building in Maehara Nishi 2-chome, Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture.
Contains a prep school, bank, retail store, hospital, real estate store, etc., and is conveniently located 1 minute from the north exit of Tsudanuma Station.
The owner, Sakakibara Co., Ltd., seems to be a company that manages gas stations in the center of Funabashi City.
In the game, it functions as an educational facility (school). Also, since it is a private facility, maintenance costs are minimal.
■メモ(Memo)
2018年に同名のアセットを作成しましたが、陳腐化したため公開を停止したままだったため
再作成しました。
鉄道と比べるととても簡単で、作成期間は撮影や調査を含めて3週間もかかりませんでした。
ただ、ビルの詳細情報が全くないため、グーグルマップ、隣接マンションの物件情報とバルコニー写真などを参考に
背面部分やバルコニーなど、ある程度再現することができました。
I created an asset with the same name in 2018, but it remained unpublished because it became obsolete.
I recreated it.
It was very easy compared to the railway, and it took less than three weeks to create, including photography and research.
However, since there is no detailed information about the building, I used Google Maps, property information of neighboring apartments, and balcony photos as a reference.
We were able to reproduce the back part and balcony to some extent.
