Bricks + Rust Prop Pack
A collection of 20 truly various props for detailers. These are assets I created over time (without textures) and eventually I’ve imported them using one shared texture set to reduce memory usage. I may update this pack later with more assets using the same texture sheet.

*Garden hose mount, hose reel, loose hose
*Roof and wall mounted sign frames
Reasonable tricounts, auto LODs. Textures shared across all props, so memory usage is reduced to only a few megabytes if using Loading Screen Mod.
