This asset is inspired by a recently constructed Boys & Girls of America Club[en.wikipedia.org] in the Milo-Grogan neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. I took some liberties to make the paneling color blue instead of the real-life grey as blue is a more common secondary color on other clubs around the country.

Asset has two prop signs included that illuminate at night. Lights and rooftop props are from the workshop. Those items are listed in the required items section.

The pavers, and landscaping were decorations they placed around the asset. I left those areas bare so that players could customize how they see fit.
