Detailed Houses Pack #7: Modern European
A pack of 18 detailed houses based on the "Modern European Suburban Houses" by Ligne 7, all rights and credits for the models belong to Ligne 7.
The houses were originally created as blank houses without detailing. I added fences, hedges, decals, props, trees, bushes, parking spaces and lights and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

If you don’t subscribe to the props, don’t get this pack, use the original houses by Ligne 7.
- 18 growable low residential assets
- Highly detailed
- Levels 2, 3, 4
- Most houses have a functional parking space
- All houses can be colored with the "Repaint" mod
If they are placed on uneven ground the grass will look very weird.
"Find It 2" -> "modern euro" or "detailed house"
I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
