本资产原型为鸡西工商大厦，位于黑龙江省鸡西市鸡冠区红旗路25号，现为中国工商银行鸡西市分行所在地。该建筑具有显著的千禧年中式写字楼风格，适合中式造景。
*题外话：实际上鸡西前后有三座建筑被称为“工商大厦”。本资产的原型建筑也有人称其为“工行大厦”。
