Park: K15 Demolition Houses
Sorry, we’re closed… forever: A few sealed off houses awaiting their demolition. And through the magic of demloshing two of them… well, actually closer to fifty… you can get two different ways of boarding them up. All in all five different assets are included: Two detached 2×2 houses, and three 3×2 versions that form continuous rows.
They’re categorized in-game as parks, but have an amusement value of zero. They’re almost free to build, cost no maintenance, consume no water and electricity. They do however generate a little bit of garbage, e.g. neighboring cims will dump their trash here. They also attract a tiny amount of tourists, urbexers one might call them.
