Detailed House Pack #9: Large American Houses
A pack of 7 detailed American houses, based on:
- American Suburbs Home #1, Home #2, Home #5 and Brick McMansion #2 by DieHardHunter
- American Home 1 by Deffoxy
All rights and credits for the models belong to them.
The houses were originally created as blank houses or were detailed with vanilla trees and bushes. I added fences, hedges, decals, props, good looking trees and bushes, parking spaces and lights and uploaded the detailed houses to the workshop.

If you don’t subscribe to the props, don’t get this pack, use the original houses linked above.

- Highly detailed
- Most houses can be colored with the "Repaint" mod
- All houses have a functional parking space
"Find It" -> "american suburb"
or "detailed house" (in which case you will get all of my detailed houses).
I recommend plopping manually because the houses are set as "Historical Buildings" (by the RICO mod), and will not get replaced when the house level changes.
