Port Arthur, Texas is a city in Jefferson County about 90 miles east of Houston. Home to around 55,109 souls and the largest oil refinery in the country; the Motiva Refinery. Port Arthur is also the origin of the late rapper Chad Butler better known as Pimp C. This map include Port Arthur and Groves all roads included. No DLC is required however the 25 tiles or 81 tiles mod is recommeded. This map include ship connections of course, rail connections and also an airport connection due to it’s close proximity to the Beaumont area.
