Functions as Sunset Harbor Fishing Boat. Quite small, and the texture is better viewed further away than when close-up due to the water blur effect.

Upper body comes in four complexions: pale, tan, brown and dark.

This does not actually rise and fall or leap out of the water. I made it appear that way for screenshots by displacing the water using the large landscape rocks. Displacing the water also allows for underwater 1st person camera views when the water swells high.
