UK Housing Project – The Kenmuir semi-detached

This is the first entry into the UK Housing Project, hopefully there will be many more. There are 4 different versions of the Kenmuir (named after the street it is on IRL). A fairly basic 2/3 bedroom semi-detached council house from the 1940s-50s. This prop works as a level 1 low density residential and can be plopped with RICO and find it. I’m assuming it will just grow as well. I decided to leave the plots pretty empty so you can all put your own style on the. I also created a UKHP Essential Assets collection which will help you get the UK look.

Depending on how this one is received, I will crack out the next model very soon(ish).

I will also be incorporating me existing council houses into the new UKHP.

Stats for nerds
Version 1: Main Model = 1134 tris, LOD model = 60, 2048×1024 diffuse, normal and illumination texture (shared with all 4 versions), 512×512 LOD diffuse and illumination texture.
Version 2: Main Model = 1114 tris, LOD model = 54, same textures.
Version 3: Main Model = 1114 tris, LOD model = 52, same textures.
Version 4: Main Model = 1110 tris, LOD model = 52, same textures.
