Park & Ride Parking Lot
A 10X12 parking lot that’s designed to be attached to a suburban train/bus/light rail station as a "Park & Ride" facility.
You can also use it next to shopping centers, universities, airports, etc.
It has 220 regular functional parking spots, 5 EV parking spots and 5 accessible parking spots.
Cars will park there if you use the "TMPE" mod with "Parking AI" turned on.
How to use it:
- Clear a flat 10X12 space near the road
- Open Find It and search for "park ride"
- Plop the parking lot
- Use Move It to make adjustments
