LI3 Demolition House
The Hotel Metropole stood just across the street from the famous Gare Guillemins in Liége, until its demolition around 2015 in favour of a new apartment complex. At the time I took its picture, it had already been abandoned and vandalized for some years. Nonetheless, there are still sites on the web where you can book a room here, apparently.
It’s categorized in-game as a park, but with an amusement value of zero. It’s almost free to build, costs no maintenance, consumes no water and electricity. It does however generate a little bit of garbage, e.g. neighboring cims will dump their trash here. It also attracts a tiny amount of tourists, urbexers one might call them.
