Plattenbau WBS84-Heizhaus No.1-2
Hello Folks,
today’s upload is a pack of two 2-floor "Plattenbau" boiler houses with beige facades and one of them with colormapped tiles.

These small buildings had small heating boilers inside them, supplying heat to buildings in the vicinity, or so I assume.
The first real-life example is found in Lychen, a small town in the Uckermark, now unused and probably soon to be demolished.
Another one can be found in Berlin, between Linien- and Torstraße, now housing an art gallery called "Galerie Neu".
The third example I was able to find is just around the corner of the second one, between Novalis- and Borsigstraße.

The 2 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"NBG" sorts them to my other assets from Neubrandenburg.
"WBS84" stands for "Wohnungsbauserie" or "Apartment construction series", "84" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"Heizhaus" is german for "heating house" or "boiler house".
The "No.#" stands for the general appearance of the building, here beige with colorable tiles.

The 2 blocks can be found under their names, starting with "NBG WBS84-Heizhaus" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
The tiles on No.2 are colormapped, 4 colors included.
Here’s a list of all the HEX-colors used:
- white: FFFFFF
- orange: B48C45
- brown: 413737
- turqouise: 34514A
The building fits on a 2×2 plot.
When placing them next to other blocks, Move It might be required.
Both buildings work the same as the Snowfall DLC boiler station, just with every gameplay stat divided by 10.
The main texture files are shared, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised!
