Inspired by a lot small rural hospitals, I created another Rural Hospital
This Rural Health Network Hospital is a 20 bed facility providing healthcare to small communities.
It has a large service area and spawns 8 ambulances.
This rural critical access hospital comes with a lot of details:
– Accessable emergency department with THREE accessable treatment rooms.
(Use the ACME mod or another camera mod to enter the ER)
– Ambulance entrance with access to the ER
– Garbage disposal at the back of the hospital
– Goods entrance at the left front side of the hospital
– Detailed air conditioning systems at the roof of the hospital
– Oxygen tank and technical building attached to the hospital at the right side
No required items needed, it is vanilla and most details are included in the mesh.
The Critical Access Hospital program is a United States federal program. The program aims to offer small hospitals in rural areas to serve residents that would otherwise be a long distance from emergency care.
To receive federal funding, there are some guidelines:
– no more than 25 beds and
– average duration of hospital stay under 96 hours.
– more than 35 miles from another hospital, with exceptions allowed for areas with poor roads or difficult terrain.
– offer 24/7 emergency care and
– have a physician on-call available to be on-site within 60 minutes.
– required to have a Registered Nurse on site at all times when acutely ill patients are in the hospital.
