This is a bridge arch prop, around 40×13 meters.
The bridge Sankt Eriksbron and some other bridges in Stockholm used to have arches like this.
The color can be adjusted freely (using appropriate prop control mod)
stats (main / lod):
tris 2208 / 76
textures 256×256 (d, n, s) / 32×32 (d, s)
Turn them into procedural objects (using the PO mod) if you want them to look good from a longer distance.
