Description:

Nine-storey two-entrance panel house for 22 families (in the game).
Variant with glazed balconies.
Typical house in the USSR in the 1980s.

The building is decorated with sandy-sandy tiles.
There are also variants of this house with non-glazed balconies and glazed balconies and an arch.

To decorate buildings you can use the props from this collection.

This asset should be used with the Ploppable RICO mod.
You can also use a newer Ploppable RICO Revisited.
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
