Based on Praça do Migrante fountain in Brazil.
With some changes.
A 7×6 sized fountain asset, this is a park decor building (found where the boulders are), which do not require road connection.
Color variation on mossaic tile : white, very light blue, very light green.
make sure to put it on flat ground
otherwise the translucent layer might appear at wrong height
