The Lexington
A level 4 low density residence in the English Colonial Revival style of architecture, which was popular in the first half of the twentieth century in the United States. This formal brick facade home also has a formal garden in the rear, accomplished via the usage of a terrain conforming sub mesh.
Much like the previous Tudor Revival house, the Lexington is heavier than the usual growable building, having a 2048×1024 texture, a submesh of hedges, and utilizing a lot decal (from the prop dependency) that has a 2048×2048 texture. I think the result is quite worth it, though!

Now that I have quite a bit of free time on my hands, I would like to start creating more for Cities: Skylines again. I already have a Dutch Colonial Revival in the works, so look forward to that!
