The administration building of the Primorsky Krai is a twenty-story building in Vladivostok on Svetlanskaya Street, built in 1983 by the Moscow "Mezentsev Central Research and Design Institute." Even the builders nicknamed this building a "wisdom tooth." Now in this 75-meter building there are more than 500 offices, in which almost one and a half thousand people work. Serves the skyscraper of 8 elevators.
The administration building of the Primorsky Krai, the project of which was developed in 1965 by the architect Yu.A. Trautman, is the very first skyscraper of Vladivostok. During its construction, the houses of the former regional government were demolished, which were of historical and artistic value.
