House + medclinic Vysotsky 2a / HDR5 6×6 RICO
Sixteen-story brick two-entrance house for 45 families (in the game) with a clinic on the first-second floor for 150 patients (in the game).
The building is made of gray bricks and concrete painted in yellow and pink tones.
It is based on the house on Vysotsky Street house 2a[goo.gl] on the residential area Lomovsky (Frunzensky)[goo.gl] in the city of Dnepr (Dnepropetrovsk).
To decorate buildings you can use the props from this collection.
This asset should be used with the Ploppable RICO mod.
You can also use a newer Ploppable RICO Revisited.
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
