– Side Note –
Halfway through modeling, I decided to make the building taller than the original concept.
This was just my own preference

I added just essential props. My advice would be to add palm trees to the entrance and terrace.
Check out the original Bat concept for inspiration. Otherwise I leave it up to your guys own creativity!

Most likely I will update and transfer all my buildings to Cities Skylines 2 once the official asset editor is released.
